- Construction site located right on the Seafront
- External facades cladded in Karystos stone and timber planks
- Construction of timber roofs cladded in tiles
- Underground construction of the Treatment Plant, the electricity substation, the Gym Facilities/Changing rooms, beneath the sea levels
- Construction of a large communal swimming pool in a circular shape and complicated design,which was cladded in mosaic and had internal steps and structures at various levels
- Landscaping of the whole complex
- Road works which combined asphalt and cobblestones (size:6x6)
